Have a look at it on your phone. Show it to someone you trust. If it's wrong somewhere, tell me and I'll fix it. If you like it, reply and it's yours. If it's not for you, say so and you won't hear from me again.
Nothing is charged, ever, unless you decide to keep the site.

Most web designers ask for a meeting, a brief, a deposit, and then you wait. I do it the other way round. The finished website is the pitch.

Keep it, and I connect your own domain name, make any changes you want, and keep it hosted and looked after. Don't want it? No hard feelings and no bill.

What it costs
One amount up front, and the website is yours. Then a small monthly fee that covers hosting, your domain name and any changes you want made. No lock-in contract.
I don't put the figures on the page because I'd rather tell you them myself, in one line, the moment you ask. No quote to wait a week for, no call to book, no pressure.
Who's behind it
I'm a developer based in Australia, and websites.doctor is a one-person outfit. When you reply to a message, I'm the one who reads it. When something on your site needs changing, I'm the one who changes it.
I started doing this because the same thing kept happening: a business with a great name around town, glowing reviews, a full diary, and nothing online except a Google pin. The owner had been meaning to sort a website for years. Nobody ever made it easy, so it never got done.
Building the site first and asking second turned out to be the easy way. You get to judge the actual thing, not a promise about it.
Yes. That's the whole idea. A finished website says more than a pitch ever could, so I build first and ask second. If the message came from tim@websites.doctor or from 0450 986 047, and the link ends in websites.doctor, it's me.
Because most local businesses have been meaning to get a website for years and never get around to it. Meetings, briefs and quotes are the bit that stops people. Skipping straight to the finished site removes all of that.
Say so, or say nothing at all. Nothing is charged unless you decide to keep it, and every message I send tells you how to stop hearing from me. One reply and that's the end of it.
Yes. Once it's paid for, the website is yours. The monthly fee pays for hosting it, keeping your domain name and making changes. It isn't a lease and there's no lock-in.
Yes. If you already have one, I connect it. If you don't, I help you register one in your name and connect that. Either way it's yours, not mine.
From what's already public: your Google listing, your Facebook page, your Instagram. Nothing private and nothing made up. If a photo shouldn't be there, tell me and it comes down straight away.
Of course. Send me a message and I'll make the change. If you'd rather do it yourself, ask about the editor, which lets you update text and photos from your phone.
Once the site is yours, I set it up properly for search: your business details, your services, your area, and I submit it to the search engines. It also gives your Google listing a real website to point at, which is what most people click before they call.
